Mastermind Groups

A Lasting, Respected Tradition

The Mastermind concept has been around for centuries.  Small groups of leaders come together on a regular basis to share ideas, solve problems, and develop deep friendships with peers who do what you do.

The History of Mastermind

The most famous mastermind group of the 20th Century consisted of Thomas Edison, Henry Ford, Harvey Firestone, Charles Lindbergh, and Dr. Alexis Carrel.  They met several times each year to encourage and support each other in their businesses and their lives.  The Mastermind Concept was made well know by Napoleon Hill in his 1937 book, Think and Grow Rich.

Our Motivation

Stephen Tweed and Elizabeth Jeffries introduced the Mastermind Concept to the home care industry in 2013 after their personal experience with a mastermind group in the professional speaking business.

“Nothing has changed my life and my business like interacting with my professional peers and being part of a mastermind group.”
